Another City of Buffalo Solar Roof

There has been a lot of news lately about solar installations in Western New York.  Many of which done by Solar Liberty of Williamsville.  Here’s one which may have been below the radar that I’m going to break to you here on Buffalo Soap Box.

The North Buffalo Community Center on Sanders Road.  A rooftop solar installation was just finished up this week, with Solar Liberty yet again partaking.

Its great to see the City turning some dead space into green space and of course helping to reduce energy costs and thus help its taxpayers.

Note: Its always great to see green energy initiatives, though I just don’t know if the technology is there yet.
